What is a price adjustment?
A price adjustment means Shopbop refunds you the difference when an item you already bought drops in price within 7 days of your order. The adjustment applies once per item and is credited back to your original payment method.
Shopbop also matches competitor prices at checkout — not retroactively. For a price match at purchase, the item must be identical in style and color, the competitor must be an authorized brand distributor selling at a U.S. dollar price, and you cannot combine the match with a Shopbop promotion on the same item.
