Bloomingdale's Price Adjustment Policy (2026)

Bloomingdale's offers a 10-day price adjustment on its own price drops. If an item you bought at Bloomingdale's drops in price within 10 days of your purchase date (in-store) or order shipment date (online), you can request a refund of the difference. No competitor price matching is available.

What is a price adjustment?

A price adjustment means a retailer refunds you the difference when an item you already bought drops in price within a set window — no return and repurchase needed. It is separate from a price match, which is about matching a competitor's lower price at the moment of checkout.

Bloomingdale's honors its own price drops within 10 days. The window starts on your purchase date for in-store transactions or on the date your order ships for online purchases. Bloomingdale's does not match prices from other retailers such as Macy's, Nordstrom, or Saks, but if Bloomingdale's itself lowers the price on something you just bought, you can claim the difference by email, phone, or in-store — receipt in hand.
