Special promotions and percentage-off or dollar-off discounts are excluded, and physical stores cannot process adjustments for online orders.

What is a price adjustment?
A price adjustment means the retailer refunds you the difference when something you already bought goes on sale within a set window. LOFT's window is 7 days from your original purchase date — shorter than the 14-day standard at many retailers — so the clock starts the moment you check out.
LOFT does not price match competitors. Its policy only covers its own price drops, and only for items purchased at full price that drop for the first time. If you bought something already on promotion, or if LOFT runs a percentage-off event rather than a straight price cut, the adjustment does not apply.
