IKEA Price Adjustment Policy

IKEA offers price adjustments within 90 days for IKEA Family members and 14 days for all customers if an item you bought drops in price. IKEA does not match competitor prices.

Adjustment window

90 days (IKEA Family members) or 14 days (all customers)

Price match

No competitor price matching — IKEA own price drops only

What is a price adjustment?

A price adjustment means that if the price of something you already bought drops within a set window, the retailer refunds you the difference. It is different from a price match, which compares a competitor's price at checkout.

IKEA does not price match competitors. What it offers is a price adjustment on its own price drops: if the same IKEA item goes on sale within your eligible window after your purchase, you can request the difference back. IKEA Family members get a generous 90-day window; everyone else gets 14 days.
