Zappos offers a 10-day price guarantee: if an item you bought on Zappos drops in price within 10 calendar days, you can request a refund for the difference by phone or live chat. Zappos also matches qualifying competitor prices, but only before you place your order.

What is a price adjustment?

A price adjustment (also called a price guarantee) means a retailer refunds you the difference if an item you already purchased drops in price within a set window. Zappos' policy covers 10 calendar days on its own price drops — shorter than some retailers, but consistent.

Zappos also offers competitor price matching before checkout: if you find a lower price on a qualifying U.S. retailer's website before you place your Zappos order, call or chat in and Zappos will match it including standard shipping. Once your order is placed, retroactive competitor price matching is not available.
