A price adjustment means the retailer refunds you the difference when an item you already bought drops in price within a set window. It is separate from a price match, which is about matching a competitor's price at checkout.
Urban Outfitters does offer price adjustments on its own price drops — but only within 14 days of your order shipment, and only once per item. The store does not match competitor prices, and physical store associates cannot adjust prices on orders placed online.
