What is the TreeHouse Foods Settlement about?

TreeHouse Foods agreed to a $4,000,000 settlement over a recall of certain frozen breakfast products (including waffles) due to potential Listeria contamination. U.S. consumers who bought any covered products between Oct. 18, 2024 and Sept. 2, 2025 can claim the full purchase price with proof, or the average retail price for up to two items per household without proof. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
