Anti-Spam Policy

Our policy

Payout LLC (“Payout”) does not send, and does not allow anyone to send, unsolicited commercial email, text messages, direct messages, or other messages that advertise Payout or link to trypayout.app. This applies to Payout itself and to every partner, affiliate, contractor, creator, advertiser, and other third party that promotes Payout.

How Payout sends email

• We only email people who created a Payout account themselves and verified their email address through Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or a one-time email code.
• We never buy, rent, borrow, scrape, or otherwise acquire email lists.
• Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor unsubscribes promptly. Account emails such as sign-in codes are sent only when you request them.
• We do not email people under 18 for marketing, people who have opted out of the sale or sharing of their information, or anyone who has unsubscribed, bounced, or reported our email as spam.
• Our email is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Partners and affiliates

Anyone promoting Payout, including affiliates, creators, and advertising partners, may not use unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages, comment spam, purchased lists, or any other unsolicited messaging to advertise Payout or trypayout.app. Violating this policy ends the relationship, forfeits any unpaid commissions or fees, and we will report the activity to the relevant providers.

Report spam

If you received an unsolicited message that mentions Payout or links to trypayout.app, please forward it with full headers to support@trypayout.app. We investigate every report and act against the sender.
