Mattress Firm has agreed to pay up to $5.476 million to resolve claims that it deceptively advertised mattress discounts on MattressFirm.com. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
