What is the FuboTV Settlement about?
FuboTV, Inc. has agreed to create a $3.4 million cash fund to resolve claims that it unlawfully collected and shared subscribers' video-viewing data in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act (and related California privacy statutes). U.S. residents (including household members) who had or used a Fubo account on or before May 29, 2025 can file a claim for an equal share of the net fund, with California claimants receiving 1.1× the standard payment. Claims must be filed online or post-marked by September 12, 2025; no purchase proof is required, only a claim certification. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
