Fashion Nova will pay $5.15 million to settle allegations that its website was not compatible with screen-reading software, denying blind and vision-impaired users equal access. Legally blind individuals nationwide who tried to use FashionNova.com with screen-reading software between Feb. 26 2018 and Oct. 20 2025 can submit a claim. California subclass members may receive up to $4,000 each; payments will be prorated if necessary. No proof of purchase is required. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
