What is the Balance of Nature Lawsuit about?

Evig, LLC d/b/a Balance of Nature agreed to a $9,950,000 settlement resolving claims that its Balance of Nature supplements were marketed with deceptive or misleading representations about ingredients and health benefits. U.S. purchasers of Fruits, Veggies, or Fiber & Spice between March 28, 2019 and October 27, 2025 can claim: up to $6 per unit (max 5 units; $30 per household) with proof of purchase, or up to $4 per unit (max 2 units; $8 per household) without proof. Only one benefit per household. Claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by March 11, 2026 (Central Time). Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
