What is the Aspen Dental Class Action Settlement about?

Aspen Dental Management agreed to pay about $18.7 million to resolve claims it used tracking pixels on AspenDental.com that disclosed visitors’ information. Eligible consumers who booked an appointment online between Feb 20, 2022–Jan 1, 2025 can receive either a pro-rata cash payment (Group 1) or $15 subject to pro-rata reduction (Group 2). Claims are due September 15, 2025. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.

You may qualify for the Aspen Dental Class Action Settlement if you meet the eligibility requirements below. Eligibility is finally determined by the settlement administrator, not by Payout.

• Booked a dental appointment on AspenDental.com between 2022-02-20 and 2023-06-01 (Group 1) or between 2023-06-02 and 2025-01-01 (Group 2)
• Submit a valid claim form by 2025-09-15
