What is the Ann Taylor Settlement about?
Premium Brands OpCo LLC will provide one $11 Settlement Voucher to eligible shoppers to resolve claims that Ann Taylor Factory and LOFT Outlet stores used deceptive discount/pricing practices. The voucher can be used toward any purchase at Ann Taylor Factory or LOFT Outlet, is transferable, can be combined with other offers, is valid for six months after distribution, and is not redeemable for cash. Deadline to claim is September 10, 2025. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
Who qualifies for the Ann Taylor Settlement?
You may qualify for the Ann Taylor Settlement if you meet the eligibility requirements below. Eligibility is finally determined by the settlement administrator, not by Payout.
- Purchased at Ann Taylor Factory or LOFT Outlet while in: PA (2018-09-04 to 2024-11-04); CA or WA (2020-09-04 to 2024-11-04); NY or WI (2021-09-04 to 2024-11-04); TX or OH (2022-09-04 to 2024-11-04); OR (2023-09-04 to 2024-11-04)
- Did not receive a refund or credit for the qualifying purchase(s)
- If you received Email Notice: voucher is automatic unless you exclude or object; if you did not, submit a claim by 2025-09-10
- All claims are subject to verification; one $11 voucher per Class Member; voucher expires 6 months after distribution; not redeemable for cash; can be combined with other discounts
