Eligible U.S. consumers can receive $2 per carton of eggs (potentially up to $3 depending on the number of claims). No proof of purchase is required for up to two cartons. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program.
