Nike Price Adjustment Policy (2026)

Nike offers a 14-day price adjustment for Nike Members who purchased on Nike.com or through the Nike app — but only if the same item (same color, size, and SKU) is still in stock at the lower price as part of a Nike promotion or sale. Nike does not match competitor prices.

What is a price adjustment?

A price adjustment means the retailer refunds you the difference when an item you already bought drops in price within a set window — without needing to return it. Nike calls this its 'Member Price Adjustment Policy,' available exclusively to Nike Members (a free program) and only for purchases made directly on Nike.com or through the Nike app.

Nike's policy is narrower than retailers like Target or Best Buy: it covers only Nike's own price drops (not competitor prices), the item must still be in stock in the exact same color, size, and SKU at the lower price, and the price reduction must come from a Nike promotion or sale — not a coupon code, birthday offer, or sitewide flash event. If those conditions are met and you're within the 14-day window, Nike will refund the difference to your original payment method.
