What is the Teva / QVAR antitrust settlement about?

The QVAR antitrust settlement (Iron Workers District Council of New England Health and Welfare Fund, et al. v. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., et al.) resolves claims that Teva used anticompetitive tactics to unlawfully delay generic competition for its branded QVAR beclomethasone dipropionate inhalers, causing consumers and third-party payors to overpay for QVAR and QVAR RediHaler products for years. The lawsuit was filed under state antitrust laws and alleges that, without Teva's conduct, less expensive generic versions would have entered the market sooner.

How to file a claim
