Who qualifies to file a claim?
- You were a LifeStance Health patient between March 1, 2020, and April 30, 2023.
- Subclass 1 includes patients who booked at least one session through the online booking tool on LifeStance's public website during that period.
- Subclass 2 includes other LifeStance patients during that period who are not members of Subclass 1.
- LifeStance officers and directors, certain related entities and counsel, court personnel, and people who exclude themselves are not included.
