The Bestway spa pump class action settlement (Armstrong v. Bestway (USA) Inc.) resolves a lawsuit alleging that certain Bestway AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pump models were defective and covered by a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall. Bestway denies wrongdoing but agreed to a $2 million fund to compensate purchasers of affected models bought between May 2021 and May 2024.
