The AT&T Washington wage class action settlement (Arevalo, et al. v. AT&T Mobility Services LLC, et al.) resolves a lawsuit alleging that AT&T failed to compensate non-exempt employees in Washington for missed meal and rest breaks in violation of Washington state labor law. AT&T Mobility Services LLC, New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, AT&T Enterprises LLC, AT&T Services Inc., and AT&T Inc. are all named defendants. Eligible class members are automatically enrolled in the settlement and will receive a payment based on the number of workweeks they worked during the class period. Who qualifies to file a claim?
- You were employed by AT&T Mobility Services LLC, New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, AT&T Enterprises LLC (formerly AT&T Corp), AT&T Services Inc., or AT&T Inc. in Washington state.
- You worked as a non-exempt (hourly or overtime-eligible) employee.
- You were employed anytime between July 11, 2022 and May 6, 2026.
