The settlement is not final yet and still requires court approval. If approved, eligible U.S. purchasers may receive an estimated $25 per eligible device, up to $95 per device depending on claims and settlement costs. Apple denies wrongdoing. Who qualifies for the Apple Siri Privacy Settlement?

• Expected to receive advertised Apple Intelligence / enhanced Siri features and did not receive those features
