Amplitude, a data analytics company, provides software development kits (SDKs) embedded in mobile apps that collect and transmit information about users' activities to third parties, including data that can potentially identify individual users. This case relates to DoorDash users and alleges that Amplitude unlawfully collected and shared sensitive information about DoorDash users without their consent.
