Sirius XM TCPA Settlement

Sirius XM agreed to create a $28,000,000 non-reversionary fund to resolve a class action alleging it made telephone solicitation calls to people listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or on Sirius XM's internal Do Not Call list. Eligible U.S. consumers who submit a valid claim can receive a pro-rata cash payment after fees and costs are deducted. The online claim form is available through the settlement website, and claims must be submitted or postmarked by March 21, 2026. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.

• Natural person in the United States
• Received more than one telephone solicitation call in a 12-month period between 2019-04-27 and 2025-10-31 made by or on behalf of Sirius XM
• EITHER: calls were received more than 31 days after the number was registered on the National Do Not Call Registry and the person was not a self-paying Sirius XM subscriber at the time of the first call or before the start of the second call
• OR: calls were received after the person asked to place that number on Sirius XM's internal Do Not Call list
• Submit claim online or by mail by 2026-03-21
