Description
VNGR Beverage, LLC (Poppi) will pay $8.9 million to settle claims that its "prebiotic" sodas were falsely marketed as supporting gut health. Eligible U.S. consumers can receive at least $5 per household, calculated at $0.75 per single can, $3 per 4-pack, $6 per 8-pack, and $9 per 12- or 15-pack. No-receipt claims are capped at $16; claims with proof of purchase are not subject to that no-receipt cap and may be adjusted pro rata. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
Who qualifies
- Purchased any Poppi beverage (any flavor or package size) for personal use between 2020-01-23 and 2025-07-18
