Description
American Textile Company will pay a $750,000 settlement fund resolving claims that certain Sealy-branded bedding products were falsely advertised as having a 1250 thread count. Eligible purchasers can receive $5 per product. Claims without proof are limited to 8 products per household (up to $40 total); claims with proof are unlimited. Payouts may be adjusted pro rata based on the number of valid claims. The claim deadline is May 12, 2026. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.

- Purchased Sealy-branded bedding products labeled 1250 thread count (e.g., Ultimate Indulgence, Premium Comfort, Cool Comfort, Premium Cooling, Superior Cooling).
- Purchase made in the United States between 2016-10-19 and 2025-10-30.
- Submit claim by 2026-05-12 (up to 8 items without proof; unlimited with proof).
