Potential cash payment for AT&T 2024 data-breach claims and losses.
Description
Court-authorized class action settlement for two AT&T data incidents disclosed in 2024. Individuals whose data was included in the March 30, 2024 dark-web release (AT&T 1) and/or whose call/text records were involved in the July 12, 2024 cloud-platform incident (AT&T 2) may receive benefits. Options include documented loss cash payments (up to $5,000 for AT&T 1 and up to $2,500 for AT&T 2) or alternative pro-rata tier cash payments from fixed settlement funds. Overlap class members impacted by both incidents may claim under both, with unique documentation if pursuing documented losses. Deadlines were updated by court order; claims must be submitted by December 18, 2025. If you don't have your class member ID, you can click "Resend class member id" to get a new one emailed to you. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
