TreeHouse Foods Frozen Waffle Recall Settlement
Potential cash payment for recalled frozen breakfast product purchases.
Description
TreeHouse Foods agreed to a $4,000,000 settlement over a recall of certain frozen breakfast products (including waffles) due to potential Listeria contamination. U.S. consumers who bought any covered products between Oct. 18, 2024 and Sept. 2, 2025 can claim the full purchase price with proof, or the average retail price for up to two items per household without proof. Payments are subject to pro-rata adjustment and capped at $50 per person, and may be reduced by any prior recall reimbursement. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
