HexClad Cookware Advertising Settlement

A $2,500,000 settlement resolves claims that HexClad falsely advertised certain cookware as “non-toxic,” “PFAS Free,” and/or “PFOA Free.” Consumers who purchased eligible HexClad hybrid pans, pots, woks, griddles, or sets between 2022-02-01 and 2024-03-31 can submit a claim with proof of purchase. Payments will be made pro rata based on the number of valid claims and the amounts paid for eligible pots and pans. HexClad denies wrongdoing. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
