Similasan Eye Drops Settlement

Similasan Corp. has agreed to pay $3.575 million to resolve allegations that its homeopathic eye-care products—sold under Similasan as well as CVS and Walgreens store brands—were falsely marketed as FDA-approved, sterile and produced under current Good Manufacturing Practices. Consumers can claim $2.50 per covered product (up to four items without proof of purchase) and an unlimited number with valid receipts, subject to pro-rata adjustment. Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
