Description
The Amazon settlement is a $2.5 billion agreement between Amazon and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) resolving allegations that Amazon tricked customers into signing up for Prime and made it difficult to cancel. Eligibility, refund timing, and any payment amount are determined by the FTC or refund administrator. Payout does not administer the refund program, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
