T-Mobile Price-Lock Rate Increase Arbitration
You may be eligible to claim for T-Mobile price-lock plan rate increases.
Description
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are gathering T-Mobile customers for mass arbitration over alleged unfair price hikes on plans advertised with a Price Lock/“un-contract” guarantee (e.g., ONE, Simple-Choice, Magenta, Magenta Max, Magenta 55+, Magenta Amplified, Magenta Military). Sign-up is free; attorneys are paid only if they win. Some state consumer laws could entitle affected customers to $100s. No published claim deadline as of Apr 21, 2025 (page last updated). Attorney advertising intake: this is not a settled class action. Payout is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Submitting information does not guarantee eligibility, attorney representation, an attorney-client relationship, or any recovery; those outcomes depend on law-firm review, applicable law, and a separate agreement with counsel.
