Description
A class action alleges that Formula One Digital Media Ltd. violated the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) by disclosing subscribers’ video-viewing information to a third party without consent. If you had a Formula 1 account and accessed Formula 1 digital properties in the United States and watched a pre-recorded video between May 1, 2022 and June 24, 2025, you may claim a cash payment of up to $17 (pro rata; capped by the settlement fund). The total settlement benefit cap is $5.5 million (including administration, fees, and service awards). Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.

- Had any Formula 1 account and accessed Formula 1 digital properties (formula1.com, f1tv.formula1.com, subdomains, or apps) in the United States
- Watched a pre-recorded video between 2022-05-01 and 2025-06-24
- Submit claim by 2025-09-22
