Description
A class action settlement resolves allegations that certain Cosequin dog joint-health supplements were advertised with misleading joint-health benefit claims. Nutramax denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided who is right. California consumers who bought qualifying Cosequin dog supplement products between May 3, 2016 and May 6, 2022 may be eligible to file a claim for $25 per unit, up to six units total ($150 maximum). Payments may be reduced pro rata depending on the number of valid claims and the settlement fund available after fees, costs, and administration expenses.
Who qualifies
- Eligible: California consumers who purchased qualifying Cosequin dog joint-health supplement products between 2016-05-03 and 2022-05-06.
- Submit your claim by 2026-07-21.
- Payment: $25 per qualifying unit, up to six units total ($150 maximum).
- No proof of purchase is required for the basic claim, but you must certify eligibility under penalty of perjury.
