Description

A $59.5 million combined class action settlement has been reached resolving claims that the Flo period-tracking app unlawfully shared users' sensitive health data with third parties including Google ($48M), Flurry ($3.5M), and Flo Health ($8M). U.S. users who entered menstruation or pregnancy data between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 may be eligible for a cash payment. No proof of purchase is required—a sworn attestation is sufficient. California residents may receive double payments. A renewed motion for preliminary approval was filed February 27, 2026 after Judge Donato delayed approval over notice and claims-rate concerns; a preliminary approval hearing is scheduled for April 16, 2026. The settlement website is live but the claim form and deadline have not yet been announced. This listing may involve a proposed or pending settlement. Final approval, claim availability, eligibility, timing, and any payment depend on court approval, administrator instructions, and final settlement terms. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
