Old Lyme Gourmet (Deep River Snacks) will pay $4 million to resolve claims that certain potato chips were falsely advertised as containing 'Non‑GMO Ingredients.' Eligible U.S. consumers can receive $5 for the first bag and $0.50 for each additional bag (with limited no‑proof claims). Eligibility, claim review, payment timing, and any payment amount are determined by the settlement administrator, court-approved terms, or applicable refund program. Payout does not administer the settlement, determine eligibility, or guarantee payment.
