Who qualifies for the Cone Health MyChart settlement?

The official settlement site says the class includes people who accessed the MyChart patient portal on Cone Health’s website or completed a submission form on that website between September 1, 2016, and November 3, 2022. Cone Health denies the allegations and agreed to settle to avoid continued litigation costs and risks.

The case is Singh v. The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital Operating Corp., et al., No. 1:24-cv-00558, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. The allegation is that website tracking technology disclosed information about people using the site, including the MyChart portal. The settlement does not mean the court found Cone Health liable.

How do you file the MyChart settlement claim form?

Use the court-authorized Cone Health Pixel Settlement website. The online form asks for the login ID and PIN from your notice. Do not use a generic MyChart login, a hospital portal password, or details copied from another claimant.

1. Open ConePixelSettlement.com’s claim form.
2. Enter the login ID and PIN printed on your mailed or emailed notice.
3. Confirm your contact information and review the certification before submitting.
4. Select an offered payment method. Available choices are shown inside the official form.
5. Save the confirmation page and any confirmation email until the case is complete.

If you cannot locate your notice, call the administrator at 833-421-7350 or email info@ConePixelSettlement.com. Do not contact Cone Health, the court, or guess a notice ID.

How much could the MyChart settlement pay?

The settlement has a $1.765 million fund, but there is no guaranteed dollar amount per claimant. Valid claimants receive a proportional share of what remains after the court approves administration costs, attorney fees and expenses, and any service award.

Why are people asking for the MyChart settlement link?

There have been several separate cases involving health systems that use MyChart, so searching only for “the MyChart settlement” can send you to the wrong claim form. A post in r/ClassActionSettlement asked for the link without naming a hospital. That is the exact problem.

The Reddit thread reflects a common question, but eligibility comes from the official notice. Match the health system, covered dates, case name, and website before entering information. When will approved claims get paid?

No payout date has been announced. The court is scheduled to consider final approval on November 5, 2026. The administrator says payments will happen only after final approval and after any appeals are resolved. That can take time, so an October claim confirmation is not a promise of a November payment.
